Ashley Quamme LMFT

Therapy for Couples and Families

Come In

Hello and welcome

Do you ever feel like you’re having the same fight, just a different day?

Do you try to communicate your feelings to your partner but it just ends up in an argument?

Do you long for a stronger connection again but don’t know how or if you can get it back?

Well, you’re not alone! Being in relationship with others is innate to us as humans and the need for connection runs deep. We seek safety and security with those most important to us, especially our significant others. When those relationships are going well, we feel strong and confident. When those relationships are strained or in distress, they have a way of leaving us feeling alone and hurting.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, my goal is to help you in navigating these tough moments whether individually or through couples therapy. Together we will work on helping you to find and create connection again with those who play a meaningful role in your life. We will look at and explore what keeps you (and/or your partner) “stuck” and work towards creating new cycles of interaction to allow for safety and security.

Whether you’re looking for individual therapy or couples therapy, taking that first step in reaching out can be tough. My role is to support you wherever you are, while gently navigating you to the road you wish to be on.
